Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all tenant inquiries, offering assistance with décor, and answering general questions.
• Maintain frequent and effective communication with Estate Managers via WhatsApp, Discord, and direct in-world messages.
• Sustain an active presence within the Second Life community.
• Gain thorough knowledge of Aussie Shores Estate, which comprises six distinct regions, and familiarize yourself with the names and characteristics of each.
• Learn the ins-and-outs of our rental system to assist tenants effectively.
• Welcome new tenants and ensure they are well-settled, guiding them on how to contact us for any needs.
• Assist in community events and seasonal contests, such as adding decor to your complimentary home and helping decorate public hangouts for events like our Halloween Contest.
