Visiting Aussie Shores

You can contact me, Prisqua Newall, by sending an Instant Message. Please do not send a Notecard, as I cannot read Notecards from my emails. Only Instant Messages are forwarded to emails when offline. I will try to reply within 12 hours, but please note that I live in Australia, so my time zone may differ from yours, and I work full-time in RL. Alternatively, you can contact my sister, Saki Kimono, who is based in the USA. Please be patient, as she is often AFK and may take a while to respond, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, you can use a small boat to navigate the regions. However, you will need rez rights from the Aussie Shores group, and please make sure to remove your belongings when leaving the estates.

If you need to rez poses balls, vehicles or animals, etc.  you can join the Aussie Shores group by paying a membership fee of 100L. Please make sure to clean up after yourself when you leave the Estates.

Rentals

All rentals have a mailbox. If it is available, the price and prim allowance will be clearly displayed, so please do not trespass.

Alternatively, you can visit this web page.

Start by paying rent via the mailbox, which will automatically add you to the security orb. Then, purchase the land to gain control over the media and privacy settings. You also need to buy the black disc, which is part of the security system that keeps unwanted guests away. After purchasing it, you can hide it under the house or make it invisible. If you deed the land to a group, you will also need to deed the disc. Other than that, you don't need to touch it again, so you can hide it, but do not delete it. If unsure, contact us.

Yes, you can manually add people by touching the orb to show the menu. Alternatively, when someone visits your home, a window will appear with options to safely add them temporarily, permanently, evict them, or ban them. If you have issues with someone, you can also contact us to ban them estate-wide. We want all our tenants to live in peace on Aussie Shores.

Absolutely not. The landscape and house cannot be altered, especially with our furnished rentals. If you have any issues with the landscape, such as a tree obstructing your view or grass peeking out of the floor, please contact me, Prisqua Newall. If you wish to paint the walls in our unfurnished houses, we can assist you with that. Please contact me or Saki Kimono for further information.

Yes, you can, as long as it is above 2500 meters high.

f you want to leave, you can do so at any time. However, I would appreciate it if you use the "Will not renew" option in your mailbox or message me. Please note that any remaining time on your rental meter will not be refunded, transferred, or credited.

No, you will not be automatically evicted once your rent is past due. You will have approximately one week before we come to reset the land (unless there is someone on the waiting list). If that is the case, we will message you out of courtesy to confirm whether you intend to leave. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in eviction.

We understand that life happens, and if you are going to be late with rent, please message or email us. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can work together to find a solution.
