Yes, you can use your own boat to explore Aussie Shores, as long as it is not enormous and too primy. Jet ski and other water vehicles are fine too. Although, please be mindful of the private rentals. The security orbs will evict you after 30 seconds. Sex is not allowed in any public areas, even on your boat unless it is inside your home.
Only group members can rezz and tenants.
Absolutely NOT. If you removed it by accident please contact management ASAP, but if you deliberately replaced the house we will evict you wothout refund. Please read our renting policy.
Absolutely NOT. But if for some reason some plants or trees are in the way of placing your furniture, please contact management to fix it.

Yes. All furniture are essentially there because it looks better, and some people prefer furnished home. You can return what you don't like. If you are part of Aussie Shores group you can move the furniture around while wearing the tag.
Depending on the size and the amounnt of prims, we will allow it, but please contact management first to discuss it.
Yes. Since you are buying the land, you control the settings and can set anywhere in your parcel as home.
Yes. If you need more furniture, we can help. Or if the house has been left unfurnished due to last tenant leaving, we can redecorate.
Yes. Both surfing beaches have a rezz area, but please don't forget to pick up your board once you leave.
